just a heads up cause no one talks about this some veggies are straight up trash for your thyroid. worst ones are broccoli, kale, cabbage, cauliflower. all that “healthy greens” stuff they’re full of goitrogens which literally block iodine uptake… and your thyroid NEEDS iodine to function.
