One of the biggest nights in the restaurant industry turned into a huge win for Philly:

🍜 Kalaya was named Outstanding Restaurant

🍣 Chef Jesse Ito of Royal Sushi & Izakaya was named Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic

The James Beard Awards are among the highest honors in the culinary world, and this is another reminder that Philadelphia continues to be one of the best food cities in America.

From nationally recognized restaurants to some of the most talented chefs in the country, Philly's food scene keeps proving it belongs on the biggest stage.
