Get to know me + how I started posting on social media 💫🦋☕️ so greatful for this community of moms, other special needs moms, pregnant mammas, sham & milsos!! #gettoknowme #gettoknowmebetter #chitchatwithme #allaboutme
Posting on social media over the past four years has been an incredible journey for me. I started sharing my story as a simple way to connect with others who might be going through similar experiences, especially within the community of moms and special needs families. It was never about perfection but sharing the raw, honest parts of my life — the challenges and joys alike. Through consistent posting, I found a network of amazing women and mothers who uplift each other daily. The hashtags like #gettoknowme and #chitchatwithme helped me engage with others who valued genuine connection over curated content. What’s most important to me is that everyone has their own story and choice in how they share it. This understanding creates a safe space where moms can be their authentic selves without judgment. The feelings I’ve shared over the years range from hopeful to vulnerable, reflecting the real life of motherhood and the special needs journey. If you’re new to posting or hesitant about opening up, my experience shows it’s worth taking that first step. The support and camaraderie you find can be deeply rewarding and motivating. Remember, social media can be a positive tool for empathy and support when used with intention.
