Hydrating Lip oil: Dollar Tree

So, yesterday I was at the Dollar 25 store and I was looking for some lip gloss and I saw this hydrating lip oil

Though I should try it out.

Hours later, I saw the same product with a different brand ( in the second picture) they wanted 13.99

Dollar tree has it for 1.25

Brand: b.pure (neutrogena second picture)

Price 1.25 (second picture 13.99)

It does make your lips feels smooth and no scent but they do have a watermelon one in a red mini tube ( look out for that one, if you want a scented one

Not too sticky but just right

Only difference: dollar tree has a blue top and the name brand has a white top

So, pay attention

Would you pay higher price or lower price?
