Slow Month.. 🌸
Another month in the books. Can you believe it’s almost time for the school year to start? That’s so crazy.
This month I read two books. It was pretty slow for me, as my goal is usually 3 or 4. At least they were really good books. I think it’s quality > quantity.
My two reads this month were Authentically, Izzy and Spiral.
Out of the two, Spiral was my favorite book this month. What can I say, fake dating will always win for me.
The romantic pairing was so adorable too.
Overall, I really hope next month has more books. I like to have more than two in a month. This month was pretty hard, so it’s okay that there was only two.
I haven’t figured out what books I want to read in August, but I hope they’re all as cute as these ones.

July's book reviews highlight two engaging titles: Authentically Izzy and Spiral. Both books received positive reactions, with Spiral earning particular praise for its captivating fake dating romance and adorable character dynamics. Readers often find the fake dating trope appealing because it combines elements of tension, humor, and emotional growth, making Spiral a memorable read that resonates. Quality over quantity is a useful approach to reading, especially during busy months or challenging times. Rather than rushing to finish multiple books, focusing on stories that truly engage can provide greater satisfaction and deeper appreciation for the narrative and characters. Many avid readers find that setting realistic goals and prioritizing meaningful reads improves their overall reading experience. As summer ends and the school year approaches, it’s common to adjust reading habits. Some readers prefer lighter or more uplifting books to counterbalance academic stress, while others opt for immersive novels that act as escapism. Planning a reading list for August with a mix of cute, heartwarming stories like those mentioned can keep motivation high. For those interested in exploring books similar to Authentically Izzy and Spiral, looking into contemporary romance genres, especially those emphasizing themes like fake dating, personal growth, and relatable characters, is recommended. Book communities and hashtags such as #booksoflemon8 and #readingwrapup provide excellent resources and reader reviews to discover new favorites. Ultimately, whether reading two books or four, the joy comes from connecting with stories that bring happiness and enrichment. This mindset fosters a more fulfilling reading journey, making occasional slow months a natural and beneficial part of the reading lifestyle.

Spiral was sooooo good. I'm really looking forward to revolve.
