I am a person who likes simple routines that make skin look healthy in the long run.
This is the routine used during this period.
Morning Routine

• Sunscreen (Morning + 1 Daytime Reapply)
My morning focused mainly on antioxidant, hydration and sunscreen.
Night Routine
The night used Tretinoin.
(Monday / Wednesday / Friday)
• Cleansing Balm
• Cleanser

• Snail Mucin
• Moisturizer
• Tretinoin
• Moisturizer
Tret-based nights will use Sandwich Technique to prevent irritated dry skin.
A night without Tretinoin.
(Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday)

• PDRN
• Snail Mucin
• Moisturizer
• Vaseline Petroleum Gel
Tonight will focus on skin rejuvenation, moisturizing and skin rest.
It is coated using Slugging Technique.
When waking up, the face will be very fluffy.
(Slugging is not recommended on nights of strong Actives)
