🧑🏻🍳 I'm going to introduce a complete Uchimatcha store today. That's the store - Nakamura Tokichi -
The branch we are going to is a branch near the Byodo-in Temple, which is located along the Uji River. This makes the atmosphere so chilly. Sitting and eating.
🏡 There are two floors inside.
- The first floor will be the menu order point. We can order and pay with the machine. The point facing the river will be clear glass, so we can sit the boss in the mirror.
- The second floor, which we think is the highlight of the shop, the glass seat facing the river, the view is beautiful (the shop recommends that we get a seat first and order food / drink)

🍜 We choose a hot and cold soba set, which is a soba matcha line. In each set there is a mini-size Matcha Jelly and hot green tea on the stomach. And each menu tells us how to eat it, such as eating without adding anything or squeezing lemon / adding Usucha oil. This set is a sweet savory. Matcha Jelly is delicious, so we ordered one more place.
🍮 a big dish of Matcha Jelly will also be served as a soft, soft matcha jelly, a sticky mochi, a stirred red bean paste (it's green, thought to have a matcha mixture too) and matcha ice cream. This dish is all very loving, especially our senator. 😂
🍵 wasn't satisfied enough, so we ordered another glass of Uji Matcha Latte. The taste was very smooth. It was worth getting here.
🍁, finish eating and take a picture outside the shop on the river. Or if anyone has time to recommend walking out to the back of the shop, there will be a maple tunnel for us to take a picture. We go when the leaves change color. Very beautiful. Walking along will be the way to meet the side of Byodo-in Temple.

ถ้าใครกำลังหาข้อมูล “Nakamura Tokichi Byodo-in” หรืออยากเช็ก “เมนู Nakamura Tokichi” ก่อนไป เราสรุปประสบการณ์ให้แบบอ่านจบแล้วไปตามได้เลย (เหมาะมากสำหรับคนแพลนเที่ยวย่าน Uji + วัด Byodo-in ในวันเดียว) อย่างแรกที่เราชอบมากคือโลเคชันของสาขานี้—อยู่แถวถนน Byodo-in Omotesando (ถนนชาเขียว) และเดินต่อไปวัด Byodo-in ได้สบายๆ จุดเด่นจริงๆ คือวิวริมแม่น้ำ Uji โดยเฉพาะที่นั่งชั้นสองริมหน้าต่าง กระจกใสเห็นน้ำไหลกับบรรยากาศคนเดินเล่นชิลมาก ถ้าไปช่วงใบไม้เปลี่ยนสีจะยิ่งสวย เพราะแถวนั้นมีทางเดินกับอุโมงค์ต้นเมเปิ้ลสีแดง/ส้มให้ถ่ายรูปต่อได้เลย เรื่องการเข้าร้าน: เราแนะนำให้ “ขึ้นไปดูที่นั่งก่อน” โดยเฉพาะถ้าตั้งใจจะนั่งริมกระจก เพราะช่วงฮิตคนจะเล็งที่นั่งวิวแม่น้ำกันเยอะ พอได้โต๊ะแล้วค่อยลงไปสั่งที่ชั้นล่างจะไม่ลุ้นเกินไป (ทางร้านเองก็มีแนะนำแนวนี้เหมือนกัน) บริเวณทางเข้าจะเห็นผ้าม่านโนเร็นและป้ายเวลาทำการชัดเจน ถ่ายรูปหน้าร้านสวยด้วย ใครที่ชอบดู “Nakamura Tokichi Uji main store exterior” หรือบรรยากาศหน้าร้านแนวญี่ปุ่นๆ สาขานี้ตอบโจทย์มาก มาที่ “เมนู Nakamura Tokichi Byodo-in” ที่เราว่าควรลอง ถ้าหิวแบบจริงจังให้ไปสายคาวก่อน: เซ็ตโซบะมัทฉะ (มีทั้งร้อน/เย็น) เส้นเป็นโซบะผสมมัทฉะ กลิ่นชาเขียวชัดแต่ไม่ขมเกิน ในเซ็ตจะมีชาเขียวร้อนกับ Matcha Jelly ไซส์มินิให้ด้วย คือสั่งครั้งเดียวได้ทั้งคาวหวานเลย ที่ประทับใจคือเขาจะมีการ์ด/คำแนะนำวิธีทาน เช่น ลองทานแบบดั้งเดิมก่อน แล้วค่อยปรับรสด้วยมะนาวหรือเครื่องปรุงตามที่เขาแนะนำ ทำให้กินสนุกขึ้นมาก ของหวานที่เราเชียร์ที่สุดคือ Matcha Jelly จานใหญ่ เนื้อเจลลี่นุ่มเด้งกำลังดี เสิร์ฟคู่โมจิเหนียวหนึบ ถั่วแดงกวน และไอศกรีมมัทฉะ กินรวมกันแล้วบาลานซ์ดีมาก ไม่ได้หวานโดด ใครที่อยากสั่งเครื่องดื่มเพิ่ม เราว่า Uji Matcha Latte เป็นตัวเลือกที่ “นัวและเนียน” ดื่มง่าย ถ่ายรูปกับวิวแม่น้ำ Uji คือสวยจบ ทริคเล็กๆ ก่อนกลับ: หลังทานเสร็จลองเดินออกมาริมแม่น้ำถ่ายรูป และถ้ามีเวลาให้เดินอ้อมหลังร้านไปหาโซนอุโมงค์เมเปิ้ล จะได้รูปฟีลญี่ปุ่นแบบเต็มๆ แล้วค่อยเดินไปวัด Byodo-in ต่อ เป็นรูทที่ลงตัวมากสำหรับวันเที่ยว Uji
