Habits to be a better woman
1. Putting my family over everything - I’m already doing this but just want to continue to always ask myself “is this the best option for me and my family?” And make decisions based on that answer.
2. Exercising in ways that feel best to me. This may vary by day or week. Sometimes walking will be best, other times it’ll be a workout class. The most important thing is to stay active and listen to my body
3. Hydrating with electrolytes - I recently learned how important electrolytes are, so I want to get in the habit of having at least 1 electrolyte heavy drink per day
4. Personal development through reading books. There’s always room to improve ourselves and reading books that help with this is one of my favorite ways to do that
