I’ve seen so many 75 hard and 75 soft but I need a happy middle! Also! If I am hiking/ running one day I do not go to the gym :) I allow myself rest days as well, 5am just fits best in my schedule when I am working/ living daily!! #75sustainable #mindsetmotivation #healthylifestyle2025
