emotional chaos,
people pleasing,
constant stress,
or guilt anymore.
This season?
I’m carrying emotional necessities only:

🤎 clarity
🤎 purpose
Because honestly…
the older I get, the more I realize that protecting your peace is not selfish.
It’s survival.
It’s wisdom.
It’s soul care.
