He Called Me Daughter
There are moments in Scripture that feel as though they’re speaking directly to every generation.
The woman with the issue of blood is one of them.
For twelve years she carried something she could not fix. She sought answers. She exhausted her resources. Yet the burden remained.
My issue wasn’t hers.
It didn’t flow through my body.
It flowed through my thoughts.
Through seasons of fear, grief, disappointment, waiting, and questions that seemed to have no answers.
Different issue.
Same weight.
The miracle wasn’t simply that she was healed.
The miracle began the moment she decided to reach.
She reached beyond disappointment.
Beyond limitations.
Beyond what everyone else believed was possible.
She reached because hope whispered louder than despair.
We all carry something.
Some burdens are visible.
Many are not.
If this season has taught me anything, it’s that healing doesn’t always begin when circumstances change.
Sometimes healing begins when faith reaches first.
✨ Whatever your issue may be, don’t let it convince you to stop reaching.
Because sometimes one touch changes everything.
