Orange is a classic for a reason – it’s packed with Vitamin C, which is fantastic for your immune system. But I’ve learned there's a whole world of other incredible ingredients that can supercharge your recovery and target specific symptoms. For instance, when I feel that tickle in my throat, I often reach for juices with Ginger and Honey. Ginger is an absolute superstar for soothing inflammation, and honey is just magic for a sore throat. My "Throat Coat Wellness Shots" with Turmeric, Honey, and a pinch of Black pepper (important for turmeric absorption!) are a game-changer for me. Speaking of coughs, I've found that Pineapple is incredibly effective. It contains bromelain, an enzyme that can help break down mucus – totally a "Mucus Dissolving Juice" in itself! When I combine it with a little Key lime and maybe a tiny dash of Cayenne Pepper (if I'm feeling brave!), it really helps clear things up.
