High Protein, Low Carb, Low Fat Lunch
This is a go to lunch for me! It’s healthy, and helps me reach my protein goals for the day. I seasoned my chicken with olive oil, and a roasted garlic and herb seasoning then tossed it in the oven for about 15 minutes at 425!🥗🥗🥗
