If you’re trying to grow your glutes your primary focus should be :

1. Eating enough WHOLE foods : high protein! 🍗

2. Perfecting FORM and applying progressive overload : your lifts should always be increasing in difficulty (number of reps, or amount of weight used)

3. Staying consistent over time and getting enough SLEEP 💤
