Turkey noodle soup
Homemade turkey broth:
Take your leftover turkey rinds/bones and pieces from your holiday dinners and throw them in a crock pot. Cover with water, veggies (I prefer onions, carrots, celery, garlic cloves, and herb seasonings). Cook low and slow for about 8 hours. Strain and use as a base for your soup!! I added some heavy cream to my soup base for creaminess, seasoning, more diced veggies. Add your cooked egg noodles and leftover shredded turkey and enjoy.
Tip: let your soup reach a boil, then turn down to a simmer for at least an hour for maximum flavor.
