Went from being obsessed with tracking my calories, not doing it in a healthy way, losing all of my muscle, to eating whatever I want, gaining my muscle back, and trying to heal my relationship with food.

It’s not worth spending your life worrying about food. Putting myself in such a low calorie deficit not only ruined my relationship with food but it also ruined the way I view my body now.

Life is to short so eat that cookie and feel good about it and stop worrying about what you are going to see on that scale. Rather have healthy fat on my body than feel like i’m sitting on rocks every time I sit down ☺️🫶
