Materials (2 servings)

Chicken (300g ~ 350g)

・ Komatsuna (one bag)

・ Onion (half)

· Shimeji (one bag)

Seasoning

・ Salt and pepper

Wheat flour

・ Consomme (tablespoon 1)

Water (100 ml)

Milk (200 ml)

Butter (20 g)

How to make

1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and flour

2. Fry the chicken and add the cut ingredients when it is cooked to some extent

3. Add consomme and water, cover and steam for 5 minutes

Inject alcohol within 4.5 minutes

After 5 minutes, add milk, butter and flour.

6. Simmer for another 5 minutes

7. Salt and pepper to complete
