物販を続けていると在庫管理の難しさに直面するのはよくあることです。私自身もセドリを始めた当初は、「売れると思って仕入れた商品が全然動かない」「売れないと思っていたものが突然売れる」といった経験をたくさんしました。そのため、在庫の適切な管理と処分方法を考えることが物販継続の鍵だと感じています。 まず、在庫の現状を正確に把握するためには、在庫管理表を作成することが重要です。商品の仕入れ日、仕入れ価格、販売価格、日々の動きなどを記録し、売れ行きの悪い商品は早めに見切りをつけて処分する判断をしましょう。私の場合は、数ヶ月売れなかった商品は引き取り業者に見積もりを依頼して価格が折り合うところで処分しています。これにより、新しい商 品の仕入れスペースを確保し、キャッシュフローの改善にもつながりました。 また、新しい商品の仕入れについては、手元の在庫が一定のラインを下回ったタイミングで次の仕入れを行うようにしています。これにより無駄な在庫の積み上げを防ぎ、資金繰りを安定させることができました。もちろん、リサーチは欠かせませんが、実際の売れ行きを数値で管理することが成功の秘訣です。 最後に、同じ物販をしている仲間や経験者からの情報交換も非常に役立ちます。SNSやフォーラムで在庫処分や仕入れ管理について質問し合うことで、自分では気づかない視点を得られるからです。物販は単純な作業に見えても、戦略的に進めることで大きな成果を生み出せますので、焦らずに計画的に取り組むことをおすすめします。
