🌼 Why is this activity important for child development?
Tree planting activities are not just a matter of "environment," but also an activity that profoundly improves the child's "executive functions."
👀 When a child observes a seed,
They practice "Focus & Attention."
🪴 to cultivate and water trees every day.
They practice "responsibility and memory to follow a plan."
🌳, seeing the saplings grow gradually,
They learn "waiting and controlling emotions."
💬 And when talking to friends,
That is the practice of "Cognitive Flexibility & Social EF."
Every seed a child seeds today is not just a tree in the future...
Instead, it is the "seedlings of growth in children's hearts" that will flourish along with their own frontal brains. 🌱💫
In the next month, we'll be reunited with seedlings that grow up and tell each other and learn how to move down to the ground and take care to continue to grow as my first tree for children.

การปลูกต้นไม้ถือเป็นกิจกรรมที่มีคุณค่ากับพัฒนาการของเด็กอย่างแท้จริง นอกจากจะให้เด็กๆ ได้สัมผัสกับธรรมชาติอย่างใกล้ชิดแล้ว ยังช่วยเสริมทักษะสมองส่วนหน้า (Executive Functions – EF) ซึ่งมีความสำคัญในการรับมือความรู้ใหม่และความท้าทายในชีวิตประจำวัน จากกิจกรรม Junbi little planters adventure เด็กๆ ได้เรียนรู้ความหมายของเมล็ดพันธุ์ ซึ่งเปรียบเสมือน "ลูก" ของต้นไม้ การได้สังเกตเมล็ดพันธุ์สี รูปร่าง และความแตกต่างกัน ส่งเสริมให้เด็กฝึกทักษะการจดจ่อและใส่ใจรายละเอียด (Focus & Attention) อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ นอกจากนี้ การลงมือเพาะและรดน้ำต้นไม้ทุกวันให้พวกเขาได้รู้จักความรับผิดชอบ และเสริมสร้างความจำในการทำตามขั้นตอนที่วางแผนไว้ (Working Memory & Responsibility) ความสม่ำเสมอนี้ช่วยให้เด็กได้เห็นผลลัพธ์ของการดูแลที่ดีเมื่อต้นกล้าเริ่มเติบโต ซึ่งเป็นบทเรียนสำคัญเกี่ยวกับความอดทนและการรอคอย (Inhibitory Control) อีกหนึ่งองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญคือการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดในกลุ่มเพื่อนผ่านกิจกรรมปลูกต้นไม้ร่วมกัน ซึ่งฝึกฝนทักษะความคิดยืดหยุ่นและการสื่อสารเชิงบวก (Cognitive Flexibility & Social EF) ทำให้เด็กเรียนรู้การทำงานร่วมกันและรับฟังความคิดเห็นที่หลากหลาย ในเชิงวิชาการ การร่วมมือกับวิทยากรที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านพฤกษศาสตร์และพัฒนาการเด็ก เช่น ผศ.ดร. ฉัตรทิพย์ รอดทัศนา และนักพัฒนาการเด็กที่เน้นธรรมชาติเป็นฐาน ทำให้กิจกรรมนี้มีกรอบความรู้ที่เต็มเปี่ยมไปด้วยความลึกซึ้งและตอบโจทย์การเรียนรู้ของเด็กอย่างแท้จริง สุดท้าย เมล็ดพันธุ์ที่ถูกเพาะปลูกในวันนี้ไม่ใช่แค่ต้นไม้ในอนาคต แต่เป็น "ต้นกล้าแห่งการเติบโตในใจเด็ก" ที่จะช่วยเสริมสร้างสมองส่วนหน้าของพวกเขาให้แข็งแรง เติบโตด้วยความสุข และมีภูมิคุ้มกันทางใจที่ดีที่จะนำไปสู่การเรียนรู้และพัฒนาการในชีวิตอย่างยั่งยืน กิจกรรมแบบนี้ยังส่งเสริมให้เด็กๆ รู้จักใส่ใจและรักธรรมชาติมากขึ้น ซึ่งมีส่วนสำคัญในการสร้างคนรุ่นใหม่ที่ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของสิ่งแวดล้อม พร้อมกับมีความสุขและเต็มไปด้วยพลังบวกจากการได้อยู่ใกล้ต้นไม้และธรรมชาติอย่างแท้จริง
