Today is my favorite, Stray Kids Han's birthday, so I made a senil cake this year as well 😍❤️
I wanted to make it different from last year, so I was wondering which concept to use 🐹🐿️🎸👽, so this time I chose a cat (?), cheesecake and squeezing style 🎂🎉

Packing material (15 ㎝ for 1 unit)
《 Cheese Cake 》
3 bags of Pepero
200 g cream cheese
70 g sugar
2 small eggs (85g)
100 g fresh cream
13 g lemon juice
Cake flour 18g
《 Decoration 》
Steamed Chocolate Bread
Chocolate (no tempering required)
A fresh cream 100 g
10 g granulated sugar
A little color powder (beet powder this time)

How to make it
1 Make the cheesecake. If there is a melted and broken Pepero on the base, beat it to make it finer, lightly microwave it, warm it, mix it, spread it in a mold, cool it and harden it.
2 Bring to room temperature and knead the softened cream cheese. Add sugar and mix.
Mix the egg with the whipped cream and add it to the cheese little by little in about 4 times. Add lemon juice and sift the cake flour and mix.
Pour 3 2 into 1 and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. If you change the front and back on the way, it will be baked beautifully. I added it little by little to brown it, and it took me 55 minutes. Remove the rough heat and cool it in the refrigerator.
4 Make chocolate cream. Chop the chocolate, combine it with 40 cc of fresh cream, melt it in a water bath or lentin and mix. Cool it well and mix the remaining cold fresh cream to make the chocolate cream base. Whisk well enough to be dry.
Make red cream. Mix fresh cream, sugar and colored powder and whisk well. Set in a piping bag with a star-shaped mouthpiece.
5 Draw a picture on a cooking sheet, turn it over and make a face item with chocolate and cool it. It is good to make a spare with the remaining chocolate.
Make steamed bread (sponge cake, etc.) into the shape of the base of the character. (One size smaller than the size you want to make)
6 Put steamed bread on the cheesecake, stuff the cream of 4 on it and squeeze it small.
If you apply a thin layer of cream on the base first, it will be okay if there are gaps.
The bulging part is two-tiered to give a three-dimensional effect.
Put the part of the face of the cold chocolate on top, and write a message in chocolate etc.

Since the chocolate on the face is thin, it is easy to melt or break if you touch it with your hand when putting it on, so it is recommended to cool something that does not require tempering and put it on with tweezers.
The cream of 4 squeezed on the base of the character melts during work when it is loose, so it is quite hard ⭕️ (it is easy to get a high milk fat content of 45)

「センイルケーキ」ってよく聞くけど、私も最初は“結局ふつうの誕生日ケーキと何が違うの?”って思ってました。センイルは韓国語で「誕生日」の意味で、推しの誕生日をお祝いする“推し活ケーキ”全般をセンイルケーキって呼ぶことが多いです。最近はカフェ風デザインや、キャラクター(推しにちなんだ動物・アイコン)を乗せたものが定番で、写真映えも重要ポイント。 手作りで一番ラクだったのは、「土台はシンプル」「上で世界観を作る」やり方。今回みたいにベイクドチーズケーキを焼いておくと、当日はデコだけに集中できるので失敗が減りました。時間がない日は、土台を市販のチーズケーキやスポンジに変えてもOK。推しケーキ作り方で迷ったら、“食べる部分は簡単に、見た目はクリームとチョコで盛る”がいちばん続きます。 推しの誕生日ケーキを手作りする時に地味に困るのが「土台のクッキー部分」。ペペロ(REPEROみたいに溶けて割れてるやつ)を使う場合、割れてるのはむしろチャンスで、あえてもっと細かく砕くと隙間が減ってまとまりやすいです。温めて溶かしてから型に押し固め、しっかり冷やすと“土台に転生”してちゃんと支えてくれます。 デコのコツは2つ。 1つ目は絞りクリームの固さ。ゆるいと作業中に溶けて形が崩れるので、「パサっとするくらい」まで泡立てて正解でした。特に立体感を出したい部分は、1段目を絞って軽く冷やしてから2段目を重ねると安定します。 2つ目は顔パーツのチョコ。手の熱で溶けたり折れたりしやすいので、テンパリング不要チョコ+冷やし固め+ピンセットが本当に楽。クッキングシートに下描きして裏返し、チョコでなぞると線がきれいに出ます。私は予備も用意しておく派です(1本折れてもメンタルが守られる)。 最後に、推しの誕生日の祝い方としておすすめなのが「メッセージを短く強く」。チョコで“Happy 센일”や推しの名前、日付だけでも一気にそれっぽくなります。ケーキ推し活は、完璧さより“その人(推し)っぽさ”が出ると満足度が跳ね上がるので、色やモチーフだけ合わせて、あとは自分が作りやすい形に寄せるのがいちばん続きます。
