Tokyo’s legendary sushi-ya has opened its only overseas outpost here in Singapore, serving authentic Edo-style sushi for dinner in their signature omakase. Seafood here was a standout as fish were flown in from Toyosu market and paired with amazing texture and tasteful Japanese rice that is dressed in a blend of four red vinegars. Sashimi was well prepared by Chef Ikeda with flavours of each fish distinct and textures balanced. To top it off, the presentation was impeccable. Perfect for a special occassion, will be coming back!
