I’m sorry for disappearing lately and not uploading any new videos.
Right now, I’m facing some mental health struggles again, and my full-time job has also been extremely busy. Because of that, I haven’t had enough time or energy to fully create fun videos the way I used to.
I just wanted to give you all a little update and let you know that I’m still here. I don’t want any of you to worry or wonder where I’ve gone. I just need some time away to take care of my mental health and get myself back to a better place.
At the moment, I’m feeling burned out again, especially because my channel is no longer able to monetize. That has made me feel like I need to try even harder to get the channel monetized again. But the more I try, the farther away it feels. It sometimes feels like everything I worked so hard to build has gone to waste. Sometimes I can’t help but think that maybe, if I had been able to give it more time and energy, or if my job hadn’t been so overwhelming, things might not have turned out this way.
I’m really sorry for making you worry. All of you mean so much to me, because you’re the reason I’ve been able to come this far. Please don’t leave just yet. I’ll do my best to come back as soon as I can.

ในช่วงเวลาที่เราต้องเผชิญกับความเครียดและภาระหน้าที่ที่หนักหน่วง การดูแลสุขภาพจิตให้ดีเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมาก ผมเองเคยผ่านช่วงเวลาที่รู้สึกหมดไฟแบบนี้มาเหมือนกัน ซึ่งมันส่งผลต่อทั้งชีวิตส่วนตัวและการทำงานอย่างมาก สิ่งหนึ่งที่ช่วยผมได้คือการเปิดใจพูดคุยกับคนรอบข้าง ไม่ต้องเก็บปัญหาไว้คนเดียว เพราะถ้าคุณรู้สึกว่าเหนื่อยจนหมดแรง การพักผ่อนและขอความช่วยเหลือจากเพื่อนหรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสุขภาพจิตจะช่วยให้ฟื้นตัวได้เร็วขึ้น นอกจากนี้ การทำกิจกรรมง่ายๆ อย่างการเดินเล่น สูดอากาศ หรือใช้เวลาทำสิ่งที่รักแม้เพียงเล็กน้อย ก็ช่วยเติมพลังใจได้อย่างมาก ผมเข้าใจดีว่าการทำช่องยูทูบหรือคอนเทนต์ต่างๆ อาจเพิ่มความกดดันโดยเฉพาะเมื่อช่องไม่ได้รับเงินสนับสนุน ซึ่งทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนทุกอย่างที่ลงแรงมาหายวับไปกับตา ถ้าคุณเป็นคนหนึ่งที่กำลังรู้สึกเช่นนี้ อยากให้เชื่อว่าคุณไม่ได้อยู่คนเดียว และการให้เวลากับตัวเองเพื่อฟื้นฟูจิตใจคือเรื่องที่ควรทำจริงๆ อย่ากดดันตัวเองจนเกินไป เพราะสุขภาพจิตที่ดีจะทำให้คุณกลับมาสร้างสรรค์ผลงานได้ดีเหมือนเดิมแน่นอน ขอเป็นกำลังใจให้กับทุกคนที่กำลังต่อสู้กับความเครียดและความเหน็ดเหนื่อยนี้ ขอให้เราเข้มแข็งและกลับมาสดใสได้ในเร็ววันครับ
