I love the breakdown!! Also, letโs not forget oral hygiene. Brush your teeth 2x day, tongue scraper and FLOSS. I know I have a habit of forgetting to floss 2-3x week but that gunk in between your teeth that brushing may not reach can cause bad breath no matter how many mints or gum you chew/eat.
