Chewy gluten-free bread made 🙆♀️ cheap tofu and rice flour🥐🌸
Using tofu, rice flour and ripe bananas, I made gluten-free bread that does not use sugar 🥐
It looks like oyaki, but it's a solid bread! 😆
Mulberry leaf tea is used for slight green 🌿

Silken tofu 150g
130 g rice flour
3 g baking powder
1 ripe banana
A little mulberry leaf tea
Rice oil tablespoon 1
① Mix everything
② Mold round (you can make about 6 pieces)
③ Cover with a frying pan and bake on low heat until browned
Voila 🙌
It was okay to have two for two hours 🙆♀️
The sweetness is modest, so adding a little honey will enhance the taste!
