This is under two years of on and off consistency, from 135lbs to 155lbs! I wasn’t trying to gain the weight but working out and actually eating 3 meals a day got me where I am today!
It’s motivating to have goals but putting pressure on yourself and giving yourself impossible deadlines will only kill your motivation and lead to failure.
✨For your mental and physical health, give yourself realistic goals and rules.
✨It’s great to take tips and tricks from influencers but don’t compare your hard work to theirs if you aren’t seeing the results they are showing you!
