I don’t think so

Read moreEating healthy on a budget is definitely possible, and I’ve found some effective strategies that have helped me maintain my weight loss and fat loss goals without feeling deprived or overspending. First, planning meals in advance really cuts down on impulsive buying. I focus on nutrient-dense foods like avocados, eggs, kale, Brussels sprouts, chicken breast, and sweet potatoes, which not only provide essential vitamins but also keep me full longer. Breakfast is simple and affordable with options such as hard-boiled eggs paired with strawberries and avocado. For lunch, I mix kale, Brussels sprouts, ground meat, cottage cheese, and sweet potatoes—ingredients that store well, so I can buy in bulk and reduce waste. Dinner often features seasoned chicken breast with roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli, which are budget-friendly options that taste great and are easy to prepare. Snacks don’t have to be expensive either. Fresh whole blueberries, sliced strawberries, and a small piece of milk chocolate are perfect for a quick treat. I track my progress regularly, which keeps me motivated and accountable for my goals. Overall, consistently choosing whole, unprocessed foods and preparing meals at home have saved me money while helping me stay healthy. Incorporating these nutritious ingredients and mindful eating habits can bust the myth that eating healthy is expensive. With some creativity and planning, healthy eating can be practical and affordable for everyone.

it’s crazy when ppl say eating healthy is $$$, like yes it is if you’re not only eating Whole Foods but you also go to the fast food stores and it’s like $12 for 1 meal! it’s literally insane
