1 cup butter
3 ½ cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp milk
Yellow food coloring (just a touch!)

Quick tip: For the absolute best texture, make sure your butter is truly at room temperature before you start whipping it. Add the powdered sugar and liquids alternately so it stays light and fluffy.
