We managed to get Dad home on End of Life due to hospital requesting a safeguarding referral on Tolson Grange Anchor. Kirklees Social Services Safeguarding allowed Tolson Grange to do it's own safeguarding enquiry..... All are corrupt and state no wrongdoing. I want them all held accountabl
