The Creamiest Shrimp Ramen You’ll Ever Have 🍤🍜✨

This Creamy Shrimp Ramen is rich, garlicky, a little spicy, and coated in the most delicious creamy sauce. It’s one of those recipes that tastes like something you’d order at a restaurant, but it’s made with a few simple ingredients right at home.

If you have ramen sitting in your pantry…make this tonight.

🍜 Ingredients:

* 3 ramen noodle packs (discard seasoning)

* ½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

* Oil

* Scallions, for garnish

✨ Sauce:

* 1 tbsp butter

* 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced

* 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

* 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

* 1 tbsp sriracha

* ¼ cup light heavy cream

* ¼ cup grated parmesan

* ¼ cup chopped parsley

Directions

1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.

2. Season shrimp however you like. Heat oil in a skillet and cook shrimp until just pink. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic.

4. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin, sriracha, heavy cream, parmesan, and parsley. Simmer for 2 to 4 minutes.

5. Toss in the cooked noodles until completely coated.

6. Add shrimp back in (or serve on top) and garnish with fresh scallions. Enjoy!
