I also appreciate identifying what I want less of next week—it clears mental clutter and sets boundaries for a healthier life balance. One of the biggest takeaways is considering “What would make next week feel softer?” This question encourages kindness and self-care, reminding me to create space for rest and joy amidst the hustle. Whether it’s carving out quiet moments, spending time with loved ones, or simply slowing down, softening the weekly pace helps reduce burnout. Weekly reflections don’t have to be lengthy or complicated. Even brief journaling or mental check-ins can create meaningful shifts. Over time, these small pauses allow you to reset, realign your priorities, and feel more grounded each week.
