This ties in with limiting what I consume mentally and emotionally—whether it’s cutting back on too much news, social media, or other stimuli when I begin to feel overwhelmed. Giving myself permission to take breaks or reset without guilt is another lifesaver. It’s easy to think we have to push through every moment, but allowing space to breathe replenishes my energy and steadies my emotions. Overall, these habits have helped me cultivate a 'grounded mind, lighter life,' making emotional balance a daily practice rather than a distant goal.
