Doing less but with more intention is a concept I try to embody daily. It’s about quality over quantity, meaning I dedicate myself fully to fewer things and savor the process, leading to more meaningful outcomes. Finally, letting myself slow down without guilt is perhaps the most liberating of all. In our fast-paced world, embracing a slower pace and honoring my limits has deepened my self-love and fostered a gentler, more fulfilling life.
