For the past 4 months I’ve done less screen time and more reading. I love physically having books in hand. However, I find listening to self help books therapeutic. Here are some audiobooks that have completely changed the person I was in 2023 for a better 2024.

Here are some of my favorite points:

🧠 What if life isn’t happening to you? The bad stuff the good stuff, none of it is happening to you, all of it is happening for you

🧠 Any fears you have are normal

🧠 When i dare to be powerful to use my strength in the service of my vision then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid

💓Emotional resistance fuels self sabotage

💓Engrained habitual behavior can be transformed. It’s your life to figure out now.

💓Sometimes pain is the path to your liberation

💓We all deserve to be authentically known

❣️Parents teach children conditions of worth

❣️What are my limiting beliefs? E.g. “i made bad choices so i deserve what I get”

❣️Accept recognition with grace and gratitude

❣️Now is NOT then.

❤️‍🔥Choose to speak and act from a more mindful place.

❤️‍🔥Take up more space in the world by understanding your preferences and reenforce the vital truth that you matter

❤️‍🔥Your comfort zone is a prison
