Saudo at Viral Mass, Rayong, is that great??

The most viral sounddo shop in Rayong is 🥖✨ Sour System (aka Sourdough Station).

I've tried both Tuna Melt and Chocolate Cookie. I understand why people talk so much, because it's not just good for the stream, it's very "flavor designed."

🥪 Tuna Melt (170.-)

The menu is more Thai-mouthed than the straight tuna-accented western saudo.

The filling is ruffled from Mayo, a little sweet, salty, spicy, and sour, intermittently inserted, so that it does not feel greasy or flat. The filling is greasy, juicy, pleasant.

As for the bread, it is a saudo that is clear, sour, tactile. Anyone who likes sour saudos should like it. The outside is crispy, but the inside is not tough to chew. Eat with the filling and then balance.

For us, the dough is quite sweet, because I normally like a little sweet dessert.

But a good balance with chocolate, greasy and slightly bitter ends, adds a dimension to the taste.

The highlight is a sprinkled salt that acts very well, cut sweet, cut greasy, until accidentally eating.
