DAY 1:21 back in the gym🏋🏾‍♀️

starting over is better than not starting at all right? Today and for the next 20 days I will be Journaling my time at the gym. As you can see, I broke my Apple Watch😭 I will indeed get through it without it. I can’t express how many times of started and stopped the gym but this time I’m in it for the long-haul Let’s make it happen💪🏾💕
