& so I failed…
Soooooo….. the last time that I was here, I was going to post myself doing a 21 day fitness challenge. But as you can see… I failed. But the thing about is that I failed that challenge… not the goal! I’m beginning/starting a new fitness goal that I set myself. Today was day one of the next six weeks. I will be doing a workout plan that consist of three days out of the week for the rest of the month of April. I hope this motivate someone who start/stop their gym routine #unfiltered #lemon8challenge
