Day 3 of self healing and working out
#lemon8diarychallenge went to the Gym this morning and I actually talk to other people and worked out with some great ladies today ! It was good finding people with the same goals and motivation as me , our group workout went very well!! It whooped my ssa but I needed it ! I’m going to keep going with the consistency!
