I got my period back after 15 months

As of July 1st 2024 , I finally got my period back after 15 very long & miserable months. It was definitely hard but it begins with YOU. Make those lifestyle changes & trust me I get it , it is very hard and frustrating but you can do it sis. It was very hard for me to talk about it because I struggled so hard. But I’m in a good place right now & I hope for the same for anyone else who struggles with pcos ! 🩷 Also , if anyone would like for me to go more in depth of my changes , I def will ! #lemon8diarychallenge #pcos

Many individuals face similar challenges, particularly those with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). It all begins with you; making small yet impactful lifestyle adjustments can lead to significant changes. Regular sleep patterns, balanced nutrition rich in protein, staying hydrated, and reducing sugar intake are crucial steps. Additionally, physical activities such as daily walks can enhance overall well-being. Don’t underestimate the power of stress management; incorporating practices such as prayer or meditation can cultivate a positive mindset. If you are struggling to manage your symptoms effectively, consider consulting with a healthcare professional for personalized advice tailored to your specific situation. Remember, you are not alone in this journey, and sharing experiences within the community can offer support and encouragement.
