On the apartment hunt again! Here is what I am searching for:

🐶 Dog friendly!

-Bonus points if they have a bark park

👩🏽‍🍳 Large kitchen

- I love to cook and need plenty of storage space for all my kitchen appliances

🛏️🛏️ 2 Bedrooms

- Need 2 bedrooms so 1 can be an office space/craft room

🚪Walk in closet

- not a necessity but once you have one it’s so nice

Don't hesitate to ask questions during the tour about maintenance, amenities, and the lease terms. Always be prepared to act quickly, as desirable apartments can be rented out fast. Also, keep in mind that negotiation may be possible; you might secure a better deal by simply asking. Lastly, think about the long-term implications of your choice. Will the apartment still meet your needs a year from now? Make sure to consider what the future holds in your search for your next home!
