How I am UNBIGGING my Back
This is what I did today! I did 4 sets of each exercise. The weights varied though. I likeheavier weight IF I CAN DO THE EXERCISE WITHOUT COMPROMISING FORM. If I have to use lower weights I do more reps like 15-20. But if I use heavier weights I do 8-12 reps. 4 sets of each exercise.

A day behind so..yesterday's back day! Weights were all over the place but the highest was 45 💪 💪 and the lowest I think was 10...lol talk about a range. If you need a starting number 10 or 15 should be find for these...and if by 10 you aren't feeling the burn...go up a little in weight
