BACK WORKOUT FOR HOURGLASS FIGURE

This workout is the difference of dedication and motivation because I was TIRED and my arms were still sore from Monday.

Babyy that bed was HOLLERING for me to get back in it 😆 🤣

The intro is literally the hypest I was this whole workout and that was bout dry too lol

Anywho I managed to get at least 3 sets of each exercise and increase the resistance for each set.
