FULL BODY FRIDAY !

I'm a little late because I've been busy af all day lol but I did get it in this morning!!

I used 5 pound dumbbells and did 3 sets of 10 !

It's definitely a good in and out workout that helps to hit all major muscle groups.

Full body days are always a good choice for those who are limited on days to workout.
