BETTER LATE THAN NEVER RIGHT!

I know I'm late but none of my alarms went off this morning (come to find out my phone was on silent 😆) so I had to work out after work which btw idk how people do it everyday cuz ain't no way!!

EARLY MORNING WORKOUT ME EVERY TIME!

I knocked this workout out in about 30 minutes though so if you are limited on time DO THIS WORKOUT!

I'm using a 15 pound kettlebell for this workout and did 2 sets of 12 and 1 set till failure. My legs definitely feel it too!

Also a quick note for people with mobility issues that can't do a full lunge like me...the short stance lunge gives a good glute burn as well just saying!
