I did 4 sets if 12 for each exercise

The weights range from 5-20 pounds I know it's a huge range but do whatever weight that you can get to a full 10-12 reps without compromising form.

Always remember proper form over heavier weights...more weight will come over time. It's a marathon not a sprint! Plus YOU WILL HURT YOURSELF !
