Okay let’s talk about The Biscuit Bar in Dallas because WOW—this spot had been on my foodie list for a while, and they totally delivered.

I ordered the Hot Honey Biscuit (don’t worry, it wasn’t actually spicy, just the perfect little kick). I’m not a big spice girlie, and I devoured this. The biscuit itself was soft, fluffy, not too heavy, and honestly didn’t leave me feeling gross or overly full.

I was fully expecting this to be one of those “try once” kind of places, but nope—I’d 100% come back again and even take some fresh plain biscuits home next time. Perfect spot for a laid-back brunch or a comfort food fix without the food coma.
