FRIDAY WASSSSUP

Ya'll already know the vibes!! This workout hit a little different too because ya girl did some curtsy lunges!

Why is that a big deal? Because a few months ago I wouldn't even touch a regular lunge and most definitely not a curtsy lunge.

I talk about it a lot because it's a part of me so if you tired of hearing...sorry not sorry...but having Rheumatoid Arthritis affects different joints in my body but the worst joint for me is my ankle...a few years ago I could hardly walk...a few months ago I couldn't do a lunge so yeaaa them curtsy lunges hit hard af...now they ain't perfect BUT we celebrate small victories round here!

The key to beating mobility issues is MOVING...I will say it forever.

Yoga helps so much with keeping the range of motion in my joints but also the strength to do those plank toe touches too. Which btw THE ARMS WERE LOOKING STRONG THEN TOO!
