Full Body workout to start the week!

Between working 2 jobs all week last week, the 4th festivities, and trying to be outside, I left ya'll hanging for full body friday 🙃 😅

So it's only right to run it back ! I'm pretty sure I will regret starting the week with a full body workout 😆 but in this moment it sounds like a good idea so we shall see !

I did 3 sets of 10-12 for every exercise and I used 5, 10, 15, and 20 pound dumbbells for this workout!
