I HATE MY ARMS.. so let's destroy them

Starting the week off with a basic bicep work out to work on these Pillsbury dough girl arms ! 😆 🤣

Arm rolls are very stubborn but can be improved over time with dedicated bicep workouts (and of course eating right and cardio)

This workout was a progressive overload one so I mainly used 15 and 20 pound dumbbells and I did 4 sets of 8-10.

If I was able to get to 10 without any struggle, I went up in weight.

My arms are sore already so I know the work was put in.
