SNATCHED WAIST?? YESSS PLEASE
Today was cardio with a side of abs and obliques.
First off, even though I truly hate plank hip dips they are amazing for snatching in that waist ! I can finally get past like 2 😆 🤣
so they are about to be in regular rotation.
Also, I wanted to note that I kept my legs off the ground in a lot of these moves to keep the core engaged the whole time BUT if you aren't there yet it's okay to let the legs down.
As far as weights go, I used a 5 and 10 pound dumbbell.
Now as far as reps...baby just do 3 or 4 sets till failure because I'm not even gonna tell ya'll how many reps I got on some of these...just know the core still needs work 😅 😂
