Back Days are my favorite!

I be so proud to show ya'll my little back muscles 🤣 🤣

But seriously the back is looking real nice these days but it don't take much for it to get back big so a dedicated back day every week is must.

These are some of my favorite go too for that bra fat area.

I mainly used 5 and 10 pound dumbells for this and did 4 sets of 12-15.
